Processing Time

Orders are generally processed and shipped the same day as ordered. You can always expect superior processing and on-time delivery from your friends at KONI.

Free And Flat-Rate Shipping

KONI Tea offers free shipping on order over $50 that is shipping to locations in the Continental U.S. Lower 48 States. All other orders are charged a flat-fee rate.

KONI Tea Flat Rate shipping is $5 to anywhere in the U.S. and Canada - via USPS Priority. Currently we do not offer shipping upgrades, but are looking to add it in the near future.

Non-Continental U.S. Or Canada Orders

Orders shipped outside of the Continental U.S. and Canada will accrue a $3.00 surcharge above the Flat or Free Shipping Rate.

Overseas Orders

Orders to be shipped outside of North America will be charged a flat rate of $18. These orders will also require phone verification to prevent fraud.

Multiple Mailing Addresses/Customers/Events

Each order can only be shipped to one address. For multiple addresses, multiple orders will need to be replaced.

If you interested in mailing to many locations, such as mailing to multiple business customers/clients or for a special occasion, please contact us. We are happy to assist in making your statement a success!

Return Policy

KONI Tea wants you to be ecstatic about your total experience with us and our products. As such we offer a 30 day refund or exchange on all products save for tea samples if you are not happy for any reason.

If the problem was our mistake we will happily refund shipping.

To return any item within 30-days of purchase, simply indicate the reason for your return on your receipt, include it with your return and wrap the package securely. For your protection, we recommend that you use Fedex or Insured USPS Parcel Post.

If you do not have your invoice copy, please indicate your name, address, order number and reason for the return on a separate piece of paper.

Glassware must be returned clean and undamaged for a refund.
